How can I contact customer service when needed?SNAARI's customer service is mostly through E-mail and Instagram and the team is based in Singapore. Inquiries can also be sent to the brand's Instagram account. Replies to your queries will be provided within 1 working day. You could connect with the brand by emailing connect.snaari@gmail.com and/or on the Instagram account @snaaristudio

Which payment methods can I use?Upon placing an order on the website, an email confirmation will be sent along with the payment details. The order will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment.

Which currency will I be paying in?The prices on the website are in SGD and you will be charged in SGD by default.

What is the Shipping policy?Every outfit is hand-made upon receipt of the confirmed order and confirmation of sizing. The shipment will be made within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?Yes. You will need to create an account before your first purchase with SNAARI.

What is the reason for making me create an account before I make a purchase?Creating an account will be beneficial to you in the following ways: You will be able to track your orders and review your past purchases You will be able to add products you love to your wish list You will be able to enjoy convenience in your shopping experience by saving your address for your next purchases

When is my order confirmed?Upon placing an order on the website, an email will be sent to you for payment. Upon the receipt of the payment and confirmation of the sizing, your order will be confirmed.

Can I make a change to a confirmed order?Upon making payment, you could write in with special requests and customized measurements to the Snaari customer service and a confirmation email on the order will be sent. Every outfit is hand-made and created after the order is confirmed. A change will not be possible once your order is confirmed.

How do I track my orders?A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is confirmed. A second email will be sent to you with a Tracking number once your order is shipped. Alternatively, you could access your account on SNAARI website to track your orders

Can I return the outfit and get a refund?Every outfit is hand-made upon receipt of an order and confirmation of your sizes. Do write in to further explain the reason for your ask. Returns and refunds will not be possible.

How long will I need to wait to receive my purchases?Every outfit is hand-made upon the confirmation of your orders. Delivery will be scheduled within 3 weeks from the confirmation of your order.

What are the delivery charges?Delivery within Singapore will be at 10 SGD. Delivery will be done by local partners.

Which countries do you ship to?Shipping is only within Singapore currently. Do reach out to SNAARI customer service on other requests

How do I wash my SNAARI outfit?Outfits are to be hand-washed in cold water. Please refer to the detailed instructions per design on the Shop page
